Qualifications:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff
  • Administer policies related to the release of records under government legislation
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor payroll administration and control budget expenditures
