Job Description

Line cook, We are searching for a specialist Line Cook to prepare food to the specific chef’s requirements and to set up for food selection. Line Cook responsibilities will include assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks.
The successful prospect will play an essential function in contributing to our client complete satisfaction and acquisition objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Setting up and equipping stations with all required supplies
Preparing food for service(e.g. Cutting vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
Cooking food selection items with the rest of the kitchen team.

Response, report and follow executive sous chef’s directions.
Clean up station and deal with remaining food.
Supply stock appropriately.
Make sure that food comes out all at once, in excellent quality and on time.
Follow nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety and security requirements.
Keep a positive and professional approach with colleagues and clients.
