Kreative Kuts Salon & Spa Inc. is a premier hairstyling and spa destination in Brampton, dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hairstyling Salon Manager to oversee our operations and lead our team to success
Key Responsibilities
As the Hairstyling Salon Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for staff.
- Planning and controlling the budget and inventory management.
- Managing contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
- Hiring, training, and supervising salon staff.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations of the salon.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a salon or barbershop setting.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and good judgment in decision-making.
- Organized and reliable with a strong client focus.
- Ability to supervise a team of 11-15 people.
