Woodworker are highly skilled professionals who are responsible for the construction and repair of houses, buildings, and other structures. They must have intimate knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in order to be successful in their field. Carpenters must be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to complete projects on time and within budget. They must also be able to communicate effectively with other members of the construction team in order to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
We are looking for Carpenters with knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in constructing/repairing houses, buildings, and other structures.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
✓ Carpentry.
✓ Building construction.
✓ Site work and preparation.
✓ Concrete slabs and finishing
✓ Plumbing & electrical
Duties:
✓ Building, constructing, installing, repairing, and replacing units, garages, porches, fixtures, doors, windows, trim, drywall and other items/systems in modular & manufactured homes
✓ Operating special tools, hand tools and power tools.
✓ Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs, back and moving your whole body.
