Job Description

The virtual assistant is a professional who works to assist the management and employees of a company, working independently from his office or home, offering his services through the Internet.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Agenda management
  • Customer service
  • E-mail management
  • Scheduling and organization of trips and events
  • Invoicing and billing control
  • Internet data filtering
  • Preparing internal and external corporate documents
  • Preparation of reports
  • Transcription of notes
  • Accounting support with Quickbooks Online system
  • Among other functions

  • Office package management
  • Handling of G Suite tools (Google Sheets, Google Doc, Drive, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel
