We seek an individual to fill our Sales & Catering Coordinator role who will bring their high energy and vibrance to the team! As a Sales and Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with food and beverage/events operations to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience with superior service and standards.

You will be working with a team of other individuals who promote positive and efficient team culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements.

The Sales and Catering Coordinator will report to the management responsible for providing excellent customer service and guest satisfaction and maintaining a quality work environment.

As a sales team member, it will be your responsibility to help secure group bookings from various types of organizations.
You will need to utilize a variety of sales techniques to persuade potential clients, and you must be able to respond quickly and effectively to incoming inquiries.
Conducting property site inspections and providing quotations
Excellent communication skills are critical when responding to clients.


Sales & Catering Coordinator


✓   Experience in the catering industry
✓   Carries’ Food Safety Handling’ card is a plus
✓   Complete Health and Safety in four steps is a plus
✓   Ability to follow instructions and be detail-oriented
✓   Vehicle to move around the company’s sites
