Metal Roof Foreman

Job Description:

Metal Roof Foreman , supervise crew and ensure productivity and quality installation of metal roofing systems Manage the productivity and timely completion of jobs while ensuring all safety rules and regulations are being followed.

Be able to lead by example with a strong work ethic, quality first attitude, and maintaining an organized job site.

Conduct safety meetings and workplace assessments/inspections with team Ensure job site is properly and safely set-up, maintained and cleaned up after each job Identify any job-site and equipment issues.

Monitor quality of installation & ensure the effective and efficient use of personnel, materials, equipment, and time.Keep Elements President informed of any issues, and up to date with progress of all jobs. You will be the main contact at the job site for the office.

WHO SHOULD APPLY:

Must have the following abilities:

3+ years experience leading/managing teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to instruct and teach new employees
5+ years experience in commercial / residential roofing, carpentry, metal work, or construction industry.
Read and understand blueprints / roofing plans.
Be able to plan for and keep track of materials needed / used for each job.
Be able to maintain a positive work environment while motivating the team to work at high productivity levels.
Safety is a priority, and it would be your responsibility to make sure all rules and regulations are followed at all times.
