Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services.
- Manage the operations of departments offering single or multiple administrative services.
- Collect and record administrative and service fees while assisting in preparing annual budgets.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Hire, train, and arrange training for staff members.
- Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits.
- Manage events and organize inventory to support operational needs.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective service delivery.
Work Environment:
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support services management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, Windows, Google Drive, and database management is necessary.
