Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services.
  • Manage the operations of departments offering single or multiple administrative services.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees while assisting in preparing annual budgets.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure departmental efficiency.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Hire, train, and arrange training for staff members.
  • Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits.
  • Manage events and organize inventory to support operational needs.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective service delivery.

Work Environment:

  • This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support services management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, Windows, Google Drive, and database management is necessary.
