Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Schedule: Day shift
Salary: $36.00 per hour | 30–35 hours per week


📋 Responsibilities:

  • Establish office procedures and maintain daily routines
  • Schedule appointments and manage confirmations
  • Handle phone and electronic inquiries professionally
  • Order, organize, and maintain office supply inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Manage filing systems (manual and digital)
  • Type and proofread documents, forms, and correspondence
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry
  • Provide front-line customer service and support

💻 Experience & Skills:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of administrative experience
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
