Salary: $36.00 per hour | 30–35 hours per week
📋 Responsibilities:
- Establish office procedures and maintain daily routines
- Schedule appointments and manage confirmations
- Handle phone and electronic inquiries professionally
- Order, organize, and maintain office supply inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Manage filing systems (manual and digital)
- Type and proofread documents, forms, and correspondence
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry
- Provide front-line customer service and support
💻 Experience & Skills:
- 1 to less than 7 months of administrative experience
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
