- Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually (negotiable) / 35 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Certifications: Smart Serve
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze budgets and daily operations
- Monitor staff performance and labour costs
- Recruit, train, and supervise 5–20 staff members
- Handle inventory, cash balancing, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with liquor, health, and safety regulations
- Manage marketing, customer service, and events
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced with tight deadlines

- Valid driver’s licence required
