Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Technology Knowledge:
- Switchboard (1–25 lines)
- MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Windows
- Salesforce
- Type of Experience: Call centre, Sales and marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients
- Provide basic information and customer service
- Operate switchboard and manage calls
- Schedule appointments and send invoices
- Maintain records, logs, and filing systems
- Process payments and perform clerical duties
- Perform data entry and calculate billing charges
- Provide directory assistance and relay services
